Description

- It has a slightly spicy but sweet flavour, and depending on how long you boil
- You can split open each of the cardamom pods this will help release their flavour and spice
- Preparation : Boil water in a saucepan, add elaichi tea and bring to the boil. Once boiling add the milk until you get the desired colour you like and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add sugar according to taste
