Additionally this elevator is available in four unique styles that include blunt, flat or chisel styled blades as well as with our without curvature. Lempert Periosteal Elevator (M-4192) FusionKraft Lempert Periosteal Elevator is a commonly used tool in ENT and neurosurgery procedures. The round curvature of the blade facilitates in retracting the periosteum from difficult contours.
