A revitalising cup of healthy beverage can be made with fresh peppermint leaves, the purest and most recent green tea, and lemon grass. The ideal peaceful scent is created by combining calming peppermint and lemon grass.
- How to brew a perfect cup of tea: Boil fresh water ( Heat water to 80-90 -C.)
- Add one teaspoon (2.5 Gms) tea leaves for each cup.
- Pour hot water into the cup
- Let it Steep for 3 to 5 minutes depending on your taste
- Strain out the tea leaves and serve hot.
