Description

  • Nutrimine Modak flour is a type of flour specifically used to make a delicious Indian sweet called "Modak."
  • Factors: 2 cups of modak flour/rice flour 2 cups of water 2 tsp ghee 2 tsp milk 1/2 tablespoon of salt for insertion 2 tsp ghee 2 cups grated coconut, 1.5 cups grated jaggery, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tsp poppy seeds, 5 tbsp finely chopped cashew nuts.
  • Step 1 - Heat water in a pot and add salt, ghee and milk.
  • Step 2 - Switch off the gas after boiling the water. After that add little amount of rice flour and mix.
  • Step 3 - Kadai for preparing saran or heat ghee in a pan and mix wet coconut, jaggery, cardamom powder, khas khas, cashews, almonds in it.
  • Step 4 - Now roast jaggery for 2 minutes after it dissolves completely.
  • Step 5 - Knead the hot rice flour. Take a small ball of dough and roll it with your finger. And fill it with 1 spoon of saran and make modka petals.
  • Step 6 - Heat water in a pot to boil the modka.
  • Step 7 - After the water is heated, put the modak in a colander and steam it for 15 minutes.
  • Step 8 - Delicious and sattvik modak will be ready.
