A premix of High Fiber Brown Bread Mix for preparing natural high fibre bread . It contains a high amount of wheat bran and natural barley malt making it a healthy choice for preparing wholesome sandwiches. This premix includes all the essential ingredients required for making excellent and consistent natural brown bread regardless of the variation that might occur in the flour. It is a multipurpose product for preparing a wide range of baked items like brown bread, buns, rolls, and baguettes.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Mix using 'all in method' till dough develops smooth consistency. Beat all the ingredients at slow speed, and then at high speed for 2 minutes. Rest time 10 minutes. Scale dough as required, then proof for 15-20 minutes. Bake at 190-205C for about 30-35 minutes."
