• PROCESSING: Black Rice is a Mother variety of Heirloom rice. Harvest Manually picked, Processed by Women farmers. Black rice is Transported from Assam to Warehouse to TARU Customers.

• HOW TO USE: Prepare batter with 2 cups of black rice Cheela. Mix, Salt to taste, 1 tbsp of chopped vegetables & herbs, 1 tsp of spices (optional), 1 cup fo water. For better results add half to one cup curd or butter milk. Stir well. Heat pan, grease with little oil. Spread evenly half cup of batter on pan. Cover pan till it firms & Flip. Serve.
